Placement Guidelines

Signage goes up early in the morning and is picked up 1-3 hours after your open house ends, depending on driver routes and schedules. Please note that times are approximate.

We take extra care to secure signs during high winds, such as the Santa Ana winds, to prevent damage or tipping.

Traffic Considerations: Be cautious when planning open houses near major event centers like Rose Bowl or Hollywood Bowl, as early pick-up may be necessary due to traffic.

Wondering Where Your Signage Will Be Placed? Submit your order with the full address by Monday at 3 pm to begin the mapping process. Please note that map requests must be finalized and confirmed by Wednesday at 5 pm, as changes cannot be made 1-2 days before the open house.
Map Submission & Custom Placement Requests

Order Submission: Submit Orders with the full address by Monday 3 PM to receive a map in time for your open house. We cannot accommodate last-minute map exchanges or updates close to the open house date.

Big Teams: Please submit weekend orders by Wednesday end of day to allow for proper setup, especially when working with minimal signage.

If you have your own map with designated spots, ensure it’s within a 1/4-mile radius and submit it by Tuesday 12 PM to avoid delays.
Sign Storage & Disposal

Active directional signs are stored and maintained at no additional cost if used regularly. After 60 days of non-use, a storage fee of $10/month will be applied.

We offer sign disposal for $75 per 10 signs if you decide to discard them or switch brokerages.
Service Termination
If you choose to terminate services, all unpaid invoices must be cleared before signage is returned. We will arrange a pickup date or leave signs out for collection once payment is confirmed.
Sign Drop-Off

Current Clients: If you’re dropping off additional signage for future orders, please ensure signs are delivered by Wednesday at 12 PM with 24 hours' notice.

New & Current Clients: For signage pickup or drop-off, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule. We are currently experiencing a high volume of new business, so a 2-week delay may apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Notify us by 12 AM on the day of the open house to avoid fees. If you cancel after signage has been installed without prior notice, a $25/hour fee will be charged for the time spent relocating signage.

Changes to Orders: Once orders are confirmed, we begin mapping, routing, and prepping signs within the first 6 hours. Any changes must be submitted within this time frame. Changes requested after 6 hours will incur a fee for the time spent by our team to update the signage.

Sign Relocation: If you move a sign, please inform us ahead of time with the new location details. The new location must be within our service area of a 1/4 mile radius so our drivers can retrieve it efficiently.
No Same-Day Services

We do not offer same-day services. Please respect deadlines for a smooth and efficient process.

Baloons: Please note that we do not provide balloons as part of our service. If you choose to place balloons on the signs after they have been set, it will be your responsibility to remove them.

Our drivers are not responsible for removing balloons. If a driver is required to remove balloons, a minimum fee equivalent to one hour of service ($20/hour) will be charged to your account.
