THEE SERVICES
We ensure your open house signage is strategically placed within a 1/4-mile radius of the property address, driving maximum traffic to your event.
Service Offerings:

Sign Placement: Covering Brokers, Publics, Twilight Opens, and special events like yard sales and agent promotions.

Rider Placement: We place a notification with address and times of the open house as requested.

Signage Placement Limits: Up to 10 signs per open house.

Sign Pickup & Drop-off: We handle all logistics—no need to worry about sign placement.

Custom Placement Requests: Specific routes can be accommodated but must be submitted in advance.

Home Privacy: To prevent disturbances or early/late visits by potential buyers, Thee Sign Guy will place a notification on the property sign advising them to respect the designated open house hours and avoid disturbing tenants outside of those times.

Important Notices:

No Service on Fridays: We do not provide our services on Fridays due to preparation for the weekend work.

Standard Sign Size We Work With: Signs must be no taller than 36", no wider than 30", and no thicker than 2".

Community & Property Guidelines: We do not enter private properties or gated communities; signs are left at the gate entrance.

Storage: We store and maintain active directional signs at no additional cost for regular clients. See Thee Policies for more information.

Fuel Surcharge: A $5 per open house fuel surcharge applies, which may increase depending on gas prices. These fees are not for profit and go directly to our drivers only.
Deadlines For Services:
Open Houses

Monday-Thursday Services: 12 PM the day before.

Saturday & Sunday Services: 12 PM Friday.
Twilight Open Houses

For Twilight Orders, we must be given a minimum of 48 hours notice. No Exceptions.

Map Submission Deadline: Submit orders by Monday 3 PM for weekend services.
